I qualified from Face to Face in Durban in 2005 and managed to walk away with a distinction through City & Guilds of London. My obsession with makeup seems to get stronger and stronger each day as I draw inspiration from makeup artists such as Cicilia. I thank her for this opportunity to showcase my work on her site, and hope that this opportunity will open the doors for CKmakeup to filter through into the Durban community.
I pride myself on immaculate work and fancy myself as quite a perfectionist! I would love to have the opportunity to meet with Durban brides and models and offer you the very best of my work!

The RAW Christmas Wish 2006 radio show introduced Avianto to Nancy who suffers from a disease called SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus) which she was diagnosed with 8 years ago. Nancy and Dawie have known each other for almost 9 years and have been engaged for 4 of those years.
